1. Who We Are
ATM Route Manager is operated by Pants Brothers LLC, a Georgia registered company. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Pants Brothers LLC.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
Business data: ATM terminal details, cash load records, route plans, and service notes you enter into the app.
Team data: names and email addresses of team members you invite to your organization.
Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe processes and stores all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Usage data: anonymized analytics to improve the service.
Support data: messages sent via in-app chat (Crisp) to help resolve support issues.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve ATM Route Manager
- To send transactional notifications (route assignments, alerts, team activity)
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate ATM Route Manager:
- Supabase — database and authentication (SOC 2 compliant, data encrypted at rest and in transit)
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
- Firebase — app hosting and analytics
- Crisp — in-app customer support chat
- PAI Reports — terminal data provider (paireports.com). Your PAI credentials are used solely to fetch your terminal data on your behalf.
Each service operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) ensuring users can only access data belonging to their organization. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To delete your account, open the app and navigate to Settings → Delete Account.
Administrators who are the sole member of their organization will have all organization data permanently deleted, including terminals, routes, and cash history. Team members (Loaders, Field Technicians, and Managers) will be removed from their organization and their account deleted.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are unable to access the app, you may also request account deletion by emailing info@pantsbrothers.com.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@atmroutemanager.app or via in-app chat.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Children's Privacy
ATM Route Manager is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@atmroutemanager.app and we will delete it promptly.
