1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using ATM Route Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you and Pants Brothers LLC, a Georgia registered company.

2. Description of Service

ATM Route Manager is a Software-as-a-Service platform designed for independent ATM deployers (IADs) to manage terminals, plan routes, and coordinate teams. The service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.

3. Subscription & Billing

ATM Route Manager offers a free Starter plan and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans are available for purchase through the App Store (iOS) or through our website at atmroutemanager.app. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase for App Store subscriptions. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ATM Route Manager for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service, reverse engineer or copy the software, introduce malicious code, or resell the service without written permission from Pants Brothers LLC.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into ATM Route Manager. You grant Pants Brothers LLC a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We will not access your business data except when explicitly requested for support purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pants Brothers LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Apple App Store

These terms are between you and Pants Brothers LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for ATM Route Manager. iOS users may purchase subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Web users may purchase subscriptions through atmroutemanager.app via Stripe.
